Mediation
Lynne brings her academic knowledge in the theories of mediation and communication and applies them throughout the mediation process. From theory to practice, her experiences as a litigator and neutral help keep parties focused. Her time spent reviewing your case or situation will show during the mediation process. Through phone calls in advance of mediation day and follow-ups after the session has concluded, Lynne will be there for you and your client.
It’s up to you—online, or in person at our office. Nash Legal Group is located at 325 N. St. Paul Street, Floor 29 , Dallas, TX 75201 (sharing space with Calhoun Bhella Sechrest). Parking is available at our building, Regency Center, or at public lots and garages nearby.

General Counsel
Nash Legal Group is available to assist as outside General Counsel in certain situations. We are available to work on a monthly fee or an hourly basis to help companies or non-profits negotiate contracts, review policies and procedures, as well as interpreting industry specific rules, laws, and regulations.
